Living history of Jenštejn

In the middle of last month, the first (and certainly not the last) year of the Living History of Jenštejn event took place. I was honored to be invited to give a presentation on the Unethian culture and a colleague from our germo association, Wulfaswaiut, gave a demonstration of Germanic weaponry in the 2nd and 4th centuries AD. Other than that, there was definitely something to see.
The organizers of the event decided to present to the public the whole wide spectrum of historical periods that are in Jenstein and the surrounding area archaeologically verifiable, so it was a cross-section of history from the younger Stone Age through the Bronze Age, the Hallstatt, the Late Iron Age, the Roman period, the early Middle Ages to the High Middle Ages. The event was extremely successful, the attendance was large and it was nice to meet again after some time in one place with friends of fools, who also enjoy playing in their spare time as our ancient ancestors and experiencing their life for at least a while and learning their knowledge and craftsmanship. I bow deeply to the organizers for the perfect handling of the whole course and facilities for us and the visitors. And for you, dear colleagues who are serious about history, make sure you come to next year's event :-D
Otherwise, I have a few dozen photos, hardly a few images here which allows the post to hit everything that was on display - there were no Celts, amber products, medieval armourers, etc. but I've put at least some of it in, so hopefully somebody will like it :-D

Cement - Vousatý pán s odhaleným kolínkem se drží zuby nehty svobody, takže zůstane raděj u sebe doma Fotek mám mnohem víc - jak dobových replik, tak i dalších účastníků, ale počet, který mi umožnil klubový příspěvek je osm, víc ani ťuk. Pokud by nás chtěl někdo v našem eneoliticko-bronzáckém, nebo germánském snažení a vlastnil účet na facebooku, tak tam máme veřejně přístupné stránky Wulfaswaiut (Germáni) a Bronzáci z Polabí. Stejně tak tam existuje stránka Živé dějiny Jenštejna, kde je řada fotek z výše zmíněné akce.
Petra14 - řada těch replik je u řemeslníků prodejná, můžu ti do zprávy naposílat kontakty, stačí říct na co - jantar, bronz, štípaný kámen, broušený...
Kdybys pěkně požádal, zdejšího velkého náčelníka, tož by asi šlo,přidat pár fotek navíc z akcí,všem to jen prospěje 😉👍 I Tyhle příspěvky to tady taky zdobí ☝👍 ať každý vidí, že nejsme jen banda uhádaných vandalů🤭😁
Asi také začnu, přispívat nové cementárny a být užitečný ,už mě nebaví sledovat ty čim dál častější konflikty...🤷♂️👍😉
No a odmítnout takto veverku ,kvůlivá nejakej svobodě🤷♂️ mohla být novou germánskou členkou a tvou věrnou družkou😁👍 Uvařila by ti v kotlíku, germánský guláš z hovězího pratura, kterého by jsi ulovil , bronzovým kopím v supermarketu 🤷♂️🤭😁 šak nemosíš furt chlastat enom tu medovinu 🤷♂️😁 👍😉
Tak s náčelníkem jsme dohodnutí, že podobné příspěvky budu posílat rovnou jemu, aby to šlo sem na hlavní stránku a ne do klubovek. Nabídl jsem příp. i doposlání dalších fotek k Jenštejnu, tak uvidíme. Dobře, si to ještě rozmyslím, s tím odmítnutím přecejen, holka, co má slabost pro pravěké kamení, to se jen tak nevidí. A neslopu furt enom tu medovinu, to ani nejde, máš pak při ranním močení u moudí roj včel Germáni jeli především v pivu, jak píše Tacitus, medíkem to jen tak prokládáme.
